We were Invited by Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University to participate in a pitch project of an old factory renovation located in the east of Beijing.

The factory will be revitalized into a life science center and technology innovation park, providing functions including public square, reception center, art exhibition center, shared office, museum, innovation laboratory, data center, conference center, office building, restaurant, cafe, gym, bookstore and apartments. The modular laboratory space and roof greening, will be introduced in the scheme, building a three-dimensional mobility system for both pedestrians and cyclists in response to the dual-carbon strategy.
